Burning More Fat with Less Perceived Effort

With my New Year’s Resolution to take off the 10 lbs which has long worn out its welcome, I have the tool necessary to burn calories and fat efficiently with my Bowflex TreadClimber TC20. While I still have a true love of running, I also need a lower impact option which will burn fat and calories as efficiently. Following up on my initial post about the TreadClimber TC20, I intend to post progress updates as I move along toward reaching my goals.
The unique TreadClimber packs the actions of 3 workouts in 1, providing elliptical action, treadmill action, and stair climber action. Working out on an incline can burn exponentially more calories than flat-plane walking. The TreadClimber TC20 offers personalized profiles for 5 individuals, as well as their G.O. Coach for 2 individuals – it’s like having a personal trainer on site (or stuck in the console haha)! Additionally, it comes with a Polar heart rate monitor with chest strap, so you can stay in your target fat-burning zone. It also offers 9 challenge landmark workouts – a fun feature to keep you motivated.
The Bowflex TreadClimber TC20 is designed to help you burn maximum calories and fat in a low impact workout with a lesser perceived rate of exertion. And it does a great job!

...everything is alright.

You’re already looking great! 10 lbs will be easy to lose. Those machines are awesome! my mom managed a diabetes program and she had them put in all her gyms because of how great they are!
I have heard about this.. sounds like a great alternative to an everyday routine. Thanks for the review!
I always preferred running outdoors because I just look for the tranquility that I get when I see and feel nature. However, after some searches in the Internet, I think this is going to be worth saving for. I will have to try it in a gym soon or hopefully get a chance to buy it. LOL.
Oh I agree about being outdoors 100%…I love that as well. It’s not always easy for me to do that though living in the Pacific NW – with a 1-yr-old and 4-yr old home w/ me during the day. I was actually taking them with me in a double jogger last summer and fall…but when it’s too cold, it’s just not as fun. They do enjoy it as well though. So I end up doing a lot of indoor exercise as well.
Thank you for participating in the Thursday Favorite Things hop. xo
